Reservation Policy
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing Goods & Services Tax (9%).
- Reservations will be confirmed upon completion of the booking process.
- Bookings are secured by the credit card details provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made before 1 April 2026 will incur 1-night cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 2 and 20 April 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the full duration of the reservation.
- Cancellations made after 20 April 2026 are subject to a full cancellation fee for the entire reservation period.
